Ozdikenosis: Writing at the Intersection of Wellness and Wisdom

Welcome to Ozdikenosis, a space where thoughtful voices become catalysts for better living. Founded by Elviana Velmyre, Ozdikenosis exists to illuminate the path toward a more conscious, holistic lifestyle. From our foundation at 1536 Rhode Island Avenue, Washington, Washington 20005, we operate from 9 AM to 5 PM, harvesting moments of clarity and grounded insight to power well-being through fitness, wellness, strength, and daily intention.

Through our platform, we explore total fitness foundations, personalized health optimization plans, strength conditioning protocols, and daily wellness practices that nourish from within. Now, we are opening our doors to writers, thinkers, and guides who want to contribute purposefully crafted content to our growing wellness ecosystem. If words are your way of healing, inspiring, or illuminating, we’d love for you to join the conversation.

Why Write for Ozdikenosis?

The written word is a powerful form of movement—one that goes inward and outward. At Ozdikenosis, we believe writing is a form of expression that aligns with the breath: slow, purposeful, and capable of transformation. When you write for us, you’re contributing more than an article—you’re offering a practice, a perspective, a pause for someone who truly needs it.

  • This is a place for calm clarity—not shock and speed. Your words will live in an environment that values stillness as much as motivation.
  • Your writing will contribute to a platform read by those sincerely seeking change—in body, mind, and rhythm of life.
  • We provide editorial guidance steeped in collaboration, not pressure. We’re here to honor your voice, not shape it away from its source.

Topics of Interest: What We’re Looking For

At Ozdikenosis, we are rooted in the deeper conversations of wellness—not just what but why. Our areas of focus include:

  • Total Fitness Foundations: Share insights on movement, alignment, strength-building, and foundational fitness routines that ground people in purpose, not vanity.
  • Health Optimization Plans: Offer ways to improve sustained well-being through personalized, mindful frameworks—nutrition, habit mastery, biofeedback, and recovery strategies.
  • Strength Conditioning Protocols: We welcome training systems that emphasize longevity, functional evolution, and confidence in one’s own body.
  • Daily Wellness Routines: Slow, grounded, repeatable acts that nourish the body and mind—morning flows, intentional breathing, awareness-based planning.
  • Masterclass Moments: Distilled learnings and ‘a-ha’ lessons that can only be taught by experience—either personal or studied.

If your writing blends information, reflection, and intentional encouragement, this is the sanctuary for it.

Who Should Write for Us?

You don’t need to have thousands of followers or a formal background in wellness—just deep sincerity in what you say and how you say it. We welcome:

  • Fitness professionals who want to explore the inner rhythms of movement, beyond performance metrics.
  • Writers who view wellness as a sacred daily ritual, not just a collection of habits to hack.
  • Holistic health practitioners, coaches, and guides with gentle wisdom to share.
  • Everyday seekers who’ve walked a hard path and found lessons they now feel called to share.

This platform is for the resilient and the restorative alike, for contributors who believe in long views and lasting change rather than instant ‘fixes.’

Submission Guidelines: Grounding the Process

We accept original, unpublished work between 800 and 1,500 words. Please align your voice with our receptive-calm tone—think thoughtful guidance more than quick-fire tips. We reserve the right to lightly edit submissions for clarity and flow while preserving your original perspective.

To submit an article for consideration:

  • Email your piece (or pitch) in Word or Google Doc format to [email protected]
  • Include a short bio and a one- to two-sentence author statement on what drives your writing in the realm of wellness or personal growth.
  • If available, share any links to previous published work or personal blogs—though this is optional.

Please allow 7–10 days for us to reply. We read every submission mindfully, without rush. If your piece is a good fit, we’ll offer next steps. If not, we’ll still honor that you reached out and thank you with full sincerity.
